Using EFT for pain from an injury that occurred over 20 years ago has become a common story. Renae and I spent about an hour and a half with the head of counseling at a university working with the counselor in relieving pain in the neck, shoulder, and lower back. It began with the counselor telling us about the neck pain (or 'pain in the neck')which we tapped on. As the pain began receding, the shoulder jumped into the mix as a part of this experience, and after addressing the neck and the shoulder, the lower back joined the crowd.
Sometimes you have to follow the pain to get to the emotional triggers that are usually the basis for chronic pain.
I would go through an EFT series with him, then Renae would take over. It was so much fun, and so creative to work with each other, and we always get great results.
The counselor's pain had dropped from a 7 out of 10 in intensity to a 1 before time caused us to stop the experience.
I'll post again on the results of this EFT session. Keep on tappin', and bring more fun into your life.
Love from Andries and Renae
